B) Local Detours, its owners, members, officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on its behalf, assume no liability for your actions or activities as a result of recommendations within the travel guide.
C) You agree and acknowledge that you are using these itineraries at your own risk and will do some, or all, of the recommendations suggested in the travel guide with full and complete knowledge of the risk and dangers involved, and you agree to accept and assume any and all risks of any nature whatsoever.
D) You acknowledge and agree that you are aware that travel of any kind involves risks, dangers, hazards, and the possibility of personal or emotional injury, including but not limited to, illness, physical disability, death, property damage and other forms of loss resulting therefrom.
E) You acknowledge and agree that all recommended destinations are owned and operated by third parties that are not affiliated with Local Detours and you use and visit these destinations at your own risk and in compliance with any rules and regulations of these third party destinations.
F) Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery of the secret itinerary content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the digital file has been delivered or downloaded.
G) You acknowledge and agree that Local Detours is not responsible for the sudden closure of a recommended stop, for any and all reasons, and that you will not receive compensation if such an event occurs.
H) We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all purchases made after the posting date.
