We research and craft routes that blend Nova Scotia’s highlights with lesser-known stops and communities that will ignite your passion for exploring like a local. Pick your trip from our list of route options or take our quiz so we can make some suggestions based on your interests. Your destinations will be a mystery until you’re ready to go. Hop in the car, open your route link and head to your 1st stop. When you’re ready to move on, jump back in the car and open your 2nd stop. No planning, just discovering, all while experiencing the anticipation of what’s to come.

How It All Works
You can select a route by taking our travel quiz, which allows us to make route suggestions based on your interests. You can also choose a route based on it’s region and a brief itinerary description. Either way, your stops will remain secret until your journey begins. Once you purchase your route you’ll be sent an email.
*Please note that in order to view your itinerary you must create a user name and password and then sign in.
After a successful purchase you will receive an email with links in it. This is where you will create a sign in, consisting of a user name(can be email address) and password. After that you can sign in and view your route. You can only view a purchased route if you’re signed in. If you’ve purchased more then one route you will be directed to your route library where all of your purchases will be displayed.

This package will be included with your route purchase. We suggest viewing it with enough time to prepare for your journey. This provides you with the what to know before you go. It gives a list of what to pack and what to expect without giving too much away. These itineraries are completely self-directed, and curated with the hope that you might discover new places to be excited about, revisit old favourites and ignite your passion for exploring locally. Our hope is that by taking one of our detours you’ll find yourself slowing down and connecting with the simple joys that surround you every day.
You’re in complete control of when you go. Feel free to hit the road the moment you finish your purchase, or save the excitement for a later date. Your digital route link is yours to keep and won’t expire, giving you the flexibility to head out whenever the mood strikes. Pack according to the before your go list. When you’re ready, hop in the car, open your first destination, press the navigation link and off you go. It’s that easy! Your entire route will be mapped out and delivered one stop at a time.
