- There is a $12 fee at the second stop
- There is a bonus weekend stop
- There is opportunity to launch kayaks at stops 4 & 5
When to go
To experience the full magic of this journey, we suggest exploring between June 21st and Thanksgiving. If you prefer a quieter escape with fewer crowds, your best bet is a mid-week jaunt (Wednesday through Friday) during the shoulder months of June or September.
Since everyone road trips at their own pace it’s difficult to say how long the trip will take you, but they are designed to be a day trip.
