The region
you’ll Explore
A beach hop is pretty self explanatory. Beaches really are the jewels in Nova Scotia’s crown. We try to get you to as many beaches as we can pack into 1 day. Lightly sprinkled in will be some memorable local businesses and food stops. Get ready for sand, surf and sun… well we can’t actually guarantee the sun bit but you will get sand in your toes and an ocean breeze in your hair.
Your journey will lead you to:
- Beachy Cafes
- Pristine white sand beaches
- Beach strolls and coastal hikes
- Ferry ride
- Riverside Town
- This route has accessible options
Please note:
- The food options during the day will be further spaced apart but your last stop provides lots of options.
- There is a 5-minute vehicle ferry ride on this route
- If doing this trip in the off season we suggest travelling Wednesday -Saturday
When to go
To experience the full magic of this journey, we suggest exploring between June and September. If you prefer a quieter escape with fewer crowds, your best bet is a mid-week jaunt (Tuesday through Friday) during the shoulder months of June or September.
Since everyone road trips at their own pace it’s difficult to say how long the trip will take you, but they are designed to be a day trip.
